Meditate & Create: Soul-full Journey Workshops
Meditation, inspiration, and artistic techniques are utilized to help move each student toward a
more continual connection to their soul.
Within the confines of a safe environment, we will
create space to blossom through guided meditation, community, & creativity. Discover or
rediscover who you are within the deepest reaches of your soul.
Each 6-week journey will have a central, soul-full theme such as; Chakra Adventure, Mind Your Mindfulness, Grow Your Goddess, Create Your Sanctuary.
No experience in meditation or art is necessary.
All levels welcome.

Upcoming workshops are being added to our calendar weekly. Join us for a warm, inviting, safe exploration of you. At this point, reservations are taken by phone, text, or email. To reserve your spot, initial payment is due at time of scheduling and the remainder is due 2 weeks before the start of the series.
*Full refunds are given up to 2 weeks before the start. Credit is given beyond that.

*somewhat quiet
*comfortable room temperature
* elbow room and then some
